South Lake Union’s Immanual Lutheran welcomes new Pastor

Immanuel Lutheran Church welcomes Pastor Priscilla Austin to begin ministry as the new permanent pastor during worship this Sunday, June 21st at 10:30. She and her family come to us from Mount of Olives Lutheran Church in Phoenix. We are excited for the many gifts she will bring to Immanuel and South Lake Union, including creativity from her many years in Drama, working with children, and issues of social justice, among others. In addition, her previous church and Immanuel share similarities: a diverse, urban neighborhood; and a food bank and other programs that serve the community!
Immanuel is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, and is an open and affirming congregation. Services for this week and the entire year are at 10:30am. For more information visit immanuelseattle.org.
