South Lake Union Movies at the Park Lineup – August 2012

Watch a movie under the stars this summer at South Lake Union Park.

The free movies begin around dusk, between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., but viewers are encouraged to stop by early to grab a spot on the lawn next to the MOHAI museum.

Amazon Profits Drop Dramatically

As expected, Amazon.com posted a sharp drop in its second-quarter profit Thursday after reinvesting in the business.

The Internet retailer reported a razor-thin profit of $7 million, or a penny a share, down from $191 million a year ago.
